Fashion and afternoon tea at the Caramel Room in the Berkeley Hotel. Among all the different afternoon tea places in London, this one has a very glitzy and modern twist. The sweet stuff on the afternoon tea set are all inspired by fashion (like the cookies you saw above – Burberry jacket and Miu Miu shoes). Each piece corresponded, in our case, to the winter….
