Strahov Monastery

Strahov Monastery, Prague.
The Strahov Monastery library. It looks exactly like that in reality. It was quite extraordinary.

The other library in the Monastery. We actually got there 5 mins before it closes for an hour lunch break. We did not have an hour to waste so I ran to the door as the officers were closing the doors and spoke in English mixed with broken German (since I didn’t speak Czech and the closest language that I could think of was German?!) to get the officers to let us in for a quick look. They were really nice and even gave us some descriptions of the place even though we couldn’t stay in there for long. It was still worth it I think.

The cobble stone streets of Prague. Aren’t they perfect for high-heels?
