驚艷紫羅蘭花茶  //  Gillyflower Tea
冰金桔檸檬   //  Kumquat Lemon Tea
熱帶風情水果茶  //  Tropical Fruit Tea

最後的課程就是調製健康的飲品.
The last class of the weekend was about mixing healthy drinks.

老師先 demo 三款我們這次要調的飲料.

第一個是紫羅蘭花茶, 看起來非常高雅和很艷的紫.
The first one is the gillyflower. I think the colour of the gillyflower looks pretty classy and kinda mysterious.

加入熱水後的朦朧.
Hot water with the gillyflower. Gillyflower gives the water a color that looks a bit like iodine….

在加上檸檬後 shake 一下之後就變成了這個很奇幻的顏色.
After adding a bit of lemon juice and mixing them well, the color of the gillyflower tea changes to this colour.

 再來就是這個金桔檸檬茶, 雖然是叫茶, 但我們當時好像是沒放茶, 只放了現榨的檸檬汁和金桔汁.
Then we made the Kumquat Lemon Tea. We didn’t add tea when we were making it but I think you could do that. Basically, we only used fresh lemon juice, kumquat juice, 2 dried plums and some syrup.

現榨檸檬汁就是要自己擠囉.

另外一個熱帶水果茶也滿容易做的, 如果是要喝熱的, 就是把柳橙汁煮沸後, 加入熱帶風情茶包, 檸檬汁, 果糖和一些新鮮的水果丁下去泡. (照片來源: 主辦單位)
The final one we made: Tropical Fruit Tea was pretty easy to make as well. If you want to drink the hot version, basically just boil orange juice, add a tropical tea bag, some lemon juice, syrup and chunks of  fresh fruits.  (photo courtesy of the organizer).

最後的成品大概就是這樣了, 不過這些是冰的版本, 我們當時做的是熱的版本.
These are the finished products. But these are the iced versions. The one we made was the hot/warm version.

剛好有多剩一點時間, 老師就示範 latte  製作.
We had some spare time so the teacher also showed us how to make latte.

上面很漂亮的圖樣, 只用了一根牙籤劃出來的.
The pretty caramel pattern on the latte. Actually it was pretty simple when the teacher did it (with a toothpick only!)

又要離開高雄餐旅大學了!這次也是收穫很多的一個週末.
Leaving the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism. This was another awesome weekend with new recipes and friends. 🙂
